Amy Renee Wells

CLEVELAND - Amy Renee Smith Wells, age 49, of Cleveland, MS went to be with her Lord, Monday, January 07, 2019 at the Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland, MS. 

Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM Friday, January 11, 2019 at the Cleveland Church of God. Celebration of Life Service will follow at 2:00 PM. Reverend Danny Abraham, Reverend Greg Chamblee and John Ferguson will officiate the services.

Amy was born on March 27, 1969 to Adren and Elizabeth (Gant) Smith in Cleveland, MS. She graduated Cleveland High School in 1987. She married Mike Wells in April of 1999. Amy had held several jobs. She worked at Color Tile for a number of years before becoming the Activities Director at Providence Assisted Living. After her illness she became a Sales Clerk at Kut Works Boutique. Amy loved to travel, watch NASCAR and football. She enjoyed life to the fullest always wanting to be around people and the family she loved.

She is survived by Father, Adren Smith of Cleveland, MS.  Mother, Elizabeth Gant Smith of Cleveland, MS.  Sister, Joyce (Tommy) Rush of Grenada, MS. Nieces, Amanda (Tim) Gillis, Mallory (Davis) Byrd, Nephew, Mark (Heather) Rush, Great nieces, Adrianna Gillis, Alaina Gillis, Faith Rush, Riley Rush, Stella Byrd and 2 great nephews, Leyton Gillis and Thomas Wyatt Rush, She also leaves her companion, Mike Wells of Cleveland, MS,

Pallbearers are Bart Abraham, Spence Abraham, Ed Brock and Matt Brock.
