I am sorry for your loss. The world today is filled with losses caused by sickness and death. During this time prayer and the scriptures can bring you a measure of comfort. One such thought is found at Revelation 21:3,4. There it is stated that God will soon wipe out all tears including those caused by sickness and death. Also John 5:28,29 offers the hope of the resurrection in which our loved ones will permanently brought back to life. I hope these few thoughts are able to provide some comfort.
