My deepest condolences to the Fuqua family at this sad time. It is my hope that you gain comfort and support from family and friends during your time of sorrow. I would like to share a scripture that may be of comfort to you at John 5: 28, 29, " Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming when all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, and those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgement."

Hey Ed, Shelia, Chip, Amy, Edgar ... and all of the Fuqua family - I just wanted to say how sorry I was to hear that your dad / granddad left this temporary world Sunday. I know you guys will miss him greatly. Just remember on the sad days to let the tears and emptiness be replaced by all your fond memories, and let them hold a special place in your hearts and minds forever. He was the epitome of "life" if ever there was one! I always loved hearing Ed's "Dad" stories at work all those years at Infolab in Clarksdale! Take care of yourselves and each other. I will add all of you to my prayer list. In the meantime, let me know if I can do anything to help. Margaret

Dear Fuqua Family, When I read of Floyd's death, a flood of memories came flooding back. Wasn't Rosedale (and Gunnison and Pace) a special place to grow up. Floyd and Jackie and all the kids were friends with all the Bassie kids and family. I also go to know them when I went back to live I Rosedale as an adult and I treasure those years too. I am thinking of you all
