George Thomas Welch age 76 of Parchman MS passed away Agust 15, 2023 at the North Sunflower Hospital in Ruleville, MS.
George was born August 10, 1947 to Warren Alfred "Dub" and Pauline Welch in Sunfloer County MS. He graduated from West Tallahatchie High School in 1965.
George married Sarah Elizabeth Ashley. He was an active member and Deacon of Calvary Chapel Baptist Church in Parchman. George was a painter by trade. George enjoyed live always willing to help others and do anything he could for the church famikly and grounds.
He was preceded in death by his parents Warren Alfred and Sarah Welch, and a brother Larry Welch.
George is survived by his wife Sarah Welch of Parchman, MS, a host of friends and extended family.
