James Harold Hester age 64 of Cleveland, MS passed away Sunday, April 9, 2023 at the Cleveland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
James was born June 14, 1958 to Freeland Franklin Hester and Verna Inez Freeman Hester in Memphis, TN.
James accepted the Lord as Savior and was baptized at Camp Hyaka, a Christian summer camp in Tennessee in the summer of 1972.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Freeland and Verna Hester, and a brother, Junior Hester.
James is survived by his brother Larry Johnson (Geraldine) of Sulpher Springs, TX, niece, Janette Booth of Memphis, TN, three cousins; Howard Baldwin of Yantis, TX, Charles Freeman of Mississippi and Mark Freeman of Mississippi.
A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
