Lisa Gordon Lipe

Lisa Gordon Lipe, born on September 5, 1970, in Daly City, California, passed away peacefully on September 22, 2025, at Bolivar Medical Center. She will be remembered fondly by all who knew her for her vibrant spirit and dedication to her family and community.

Lisa had a diverse and successful career, serving as a maintenance supervisor at Faurecia Manufacturing. Prior to her time there, she brought her talents to Baxters and Isaacs Tree Service, showcasing her ability as a true jack of all trades. Her commitment to hard work was evident in all her endeavors, reflecting her strong character and determination.

A graduate of Cleveland High School in 1988, Lisa furthered her education through vocational training, which prepared her for the various roles she undertook throughout her career.

Lisa took great joy in the simple pleasures of life. She loved spending her weekends visiting resale shops and yard sales, always on the lookout for unique treasures. Above all, her greatest joy came from her family—spending time with her sons, Justin Gordon of Cleveland, MS, and Dalton Lipe of Boyle, MS, as well as her grandsons, Kayden Frederick of Cleveland, MS, and Ethan Lipe of Boyle, MS. She was also a dedicated dog lover, leaving behind her beloved companions Chance, Molly, Little Man, and Zeus.

Her religious faith played an essential role in her life. Lisa enjoyed attending church services with her family at Boyle Church of God of Prophecy, where she formed lasting friendships within her church community. She was also a passionate sports fan, proudly supporting the Ole Miss Rebels and the New Orleans Saints.

Lisa is survived by her sons, Justin Gordon of Cleveland, MS, and Dalton Lipe of Boyle, MS father, Raymond Gordon of Cleveland, MS, along with her brothers, Michael Carroll of Cleveland, MS, and Robert Rovai of Cloverdale, CA. She is also survived by her grandkids, Kayden Frederick of Cleveland, MS, and Ethan Lipe of Boyle, MS

She was preceded in death by her mother, Delfey Gordon, and brother, Michael Gordon. Also remembered are her many aunts, uncles, and cousins, who together shared a tapestry of memories filled with laughter and love.

Visitation will be held on September 27, 2025, at the Church of God of Prophecy located on Martha St in Boyle, MS, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, followed by a Memorial Service at the same location from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. In this time of remembrance, family and friends are invited to celebrate Lisa's life and the lasting impact she made on those around her. Bro. Max Weldon and Bro. Milton Whatley will officiate the services.
