Michelle Renee Haynes, age 29, of Cleveland, Mississippi, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 16, 2026, at Region One Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee, surrounded by the love of her family.

Born on April 23, 1996, in Memphis, Michelle moved to Cleveland at the age of three. She was a proud graduate of Cleveland High School, class of 2014. Throughout her life, Michelle demonstrated incredible strength, courage, and compassion. Even in challenging times, she faced each day with grace and resilience, inspiring those around her. Her unwavering love for God and her family defined her gentle spirit and warm presence.

Michelle was a devoted mother to her two children, Brynlee Ray and Jaxon Haynes. She found great joy in singing and was passionate about leading worship at the Celebrate Recovery Ministry at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Greenville, where she was an active and cherished member. Michelle also had a deep appreciation for tattoo art, embracing every opportunity to express herself through this form.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Betty Hayes and Dale Wing, as well as Sylvia and Buddy Haynes, all of whom held a special place in her heart.

Michelle is lovingly remembered by her Children, Brynlee Ray and Jaxon Haynes, parents, DeAnne and Barry Haynes; her siblings, Zachary Haynes (SueAnn), Samantha Robinson (Lonzo), and Justin Haynes (Vanessa); and many cousins and extended family members who were blessed to have known her.

Michelle’s life stood as a testament to her faith, love, perseverance, and devotion to those she cared for deeply. Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Cleveland Funeral Home. The Celebration of Life Funeral Service will follow at 2:00 PM in the Cleveland Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by Reverend Chris Vowell and Reverend Tyler Findley.
