Mildred Mae Baker Mayo, age 94, of Shaw, passed away on Sunday January 16, 2011 at the her home. She was born on December 26, 1916 to Alvie and Addie(Gresham) Baker in White County, Arkansas. Mrs. Mayo was a retired pattern setter for Greenville Mills where she had devoted 30 years of her life. She was a founding member of Interstate Baptist Church where she had taught Sunday School for many years. Mrs. Mayo was a lover of nature and growing flowers. Mrs. Mayo has requested that there be no memorial service held. Survivors are Son, Jerry Mayo and wife Janis of Shaw, MS, Sister Pauline Mayo of Cleveland, MS, Four grandchildren; Heather Radcliff and husband James of Gore Springs, MS, Sean Mayo of Baton Rogue, LA, Beth Young of Shaw, MS, Amy Potter of Shaw, MS, and Two great grandchildren T.J. Radcliff and Sierra Radcliff both of Gore Springs, MS. Mrs. Mayo was preceded in death by her parents,husband James A.
