Patsy Mae Miller Smith age 67 of Boyle, MS passed away Sunday, February 4, 2024, at the Bolivar Medical Center in Cleveland, MS.
Patsy was born October 23, 1956, to Tim Miller and Pinkie Mae Whitaker Miller in Helena, AR. Patsy was a hard-working family woman who always put others before herself. She loved having family get-togethers and especially loving on and entertaining her grandchildren. She also enjoyed listening to Blues Music.
She was preceded in death by her parents Tim and Pinkie Miller, Sr., her husband Billy Joe Smith, Sr., brothers Tim Miller Jr., and Charles Miller, and sister Hanna Miller.
Patsy is survived by her sons James Miller and Billy Joe Smith Jr. (Wendy) both of Cleveland, MS, and daughters Mary Smith (Robert Whitaker) and Tina Smith (Shane Huskey, Sr.) both of Cleveland, MS, brothers, Lee Miller (Mary) of Ft. Worth, Texas, Henry Miller (Sharon) of Greenville, MS, and Eddie Miller of Cleveland, MS, 2 step-sons, Danny Pruitt of Lambert, MS and Clifton Miller of Indianola, MS, sisters, Patsy Ann Miller of Cleveland, MS, Cricket Miller of Ft. Worth, Texas and Peggy M. Crawford of Arkansas, 18 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 7, 2024, from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM at Cleveland Funeral Home. The Celebration of Life Funeral Service will follow at noon in the Cleveland Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the North Cleveland Cemetery. Reverend Pete Roncali will officiate the services.
Pallbearers are Harvey Miller, Christian Smith, Adam Miller, Shane Huskey, Sr., Shane Huskey, Jr., and Rickey Neal. Honorary pallbearers are Henry Miller, Billy Joe Smith, Jr., Carlos Montemayor, Oscar Montemayor, Brennon Smith, and Colton Doster.
Cleveland Funeral Home has been entrusted with the funeral arrangements.
