This world has lost one the kindest men it ever produced. I have so many stories, but this isn't the place to share them. I loved him. Rest with Betsy, you are home now.

Growing up together, Bobby was not only my big brother...he was my best friend. Here are some things about Bobby that I remember so well. During his school years, Bobby was a star athlete excelling in football and basketball. During the Korean War, he was an expert code breaker on a ship cruising the Pacific Ocean. And during his Army free time, he and a friend founded and funded an orphanage in Japan.
I share these years with you because they show the man who was the real Bobby. A man who met the challenges of life with skill, intelligence, compassion, long suffering, patience, goodness and kindness. His faith was in Jesus, and now he is eternally with Jesus.
And...if you never heard Bobby Garner, my brother and friend, sing, you have really missed something!

I knew this day would come. May you fly high with God and rejoice in finally being home. Those of us you left behind are rejoicing that you now walk in heaven with our loved ones that went before you. You will be dearly missed here and I know you are watching over us now. Tell mom I love and miss her. I love you daddy. Untill I meet you there, hugs and kisses, Patricia
