LELAND - Tammy Jo Vanhorn, age 39, of Leland, passed away on Sunday April 03, 2016 at her home in Leland.
Visitation will be held Wednesday April 6, 2016 from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Cleveland Funeral Home in Cleveland. Graveside funeral services will be follow at 2:00 PM in the Delta Heights Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Cleveland, MS. Reverend Jonathan Tollor will officiate the service.
Tammy was born on November 29, 1976 in Indianola, MS.
She attended New Life Christian Academy and Leland High School. Tammy worked for several area restaurants and had her own house cleaning business. She attended the Pentecostal Lighthouse Church, She also enjoyed listening to music and drinking Dr. Peppers.
Tammy is survived by Father, Joseph Wayne Vanhorn of Leland, MS. Mother, Cinda Lou Harrell of Leland, MS. Two daughters, Candace Nicole (Landon) Vanhorn Boudreaux of Leland, MS and Christy Jeana Vanhorn of Leland, MS. Brother, Eddie Wayne Vanhorn of Leland, MS. Two step-sisters, Sandra Rich Tullos of Alexandria, LA and Connie Rich of Alexandria, LA.
Pallbearers are Landon Boudreaux, Hunter Funderburk, James Fuller, Ricky Harrell, James Colinger and Randell Willabe.
Cleveland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. The on-line guest register may be signed at www.clevelandfuneralhome.net.
