Tommy Green

LELAND - Tommy G. "Beddie" Green, age 56, of Leland, passed away on Sunday January 15, 2012 at the his home.Visitation will be held 6 ~ 8 PM Tuesday January 17, 2012  PM  at the Cleveland Funeral Home in Cleveland.  Funeral Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday January 18, 2012 at the Cleveland Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will be follow in  the North Cleveland Cemetery. The Reverend Steve McMillon will officiate the services.Tommy was born on December 27, 1955 to Edward and Juanita (Hendon) Green in Quitman County, MS. He had worked as a farm hand for Campbell Farms many years. He and his family attended several churches over the years, Pace Pentecostal Church, Pitsboro Pentecostal Church and were currently attending the Abundant Life Pentecostal Church. Tommy was a loving husband father and grandfather he always enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters Anita May Green and Bobbie Jean Green,  two brothers Lennie Ray Green and Roy Green.He is survived by Wife, Beverlene Perry Green of Leland, MS. Three daughters, Rachael Bradley of Bruce, MS, Kimberley Guthrie of Leland, MS, Anita Green Ford of Selmer, TN.  Sister, Linda Harden of Horn Lake, MS.  Brother, Wayne Green of Horn Lake, MS. 6 Grandchildren Jason Hall, Jr., Gavin Bradley, Jonathan Jaco, Austin Guthrie, Mariah Hall, Kayla Guthrie, two step-grandchildren Sadie Bradley and Bailey Bradley. He also leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.Pall-bearers are Jr. Ethridge, Gordon Ford, Michael Hoda, Hugh Campbell, Larry Campbell and Pat Campbell. Honorary pall-bearers are Joseph Bates and Todd Arbuckle.Cleveland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
